Edward Fowler is CFO of Onesta. He has over 30 years in the industry and lives in Chicago, Illinois. He is a CPA and a CFP.

Rodney Garrison is the Senior VP of sales for Onesta. Rodney has worked at several different lending institutions, including Fidelity and most recently, Charter Bank. His expertise is in commercial Real Estate and credit.

Todd Davis has been with Onesta since its inception and continues to lead the company in many capacities. Todd's specializes in business credit, SBA programming, as well as organizational practices. Todd has his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University.

Thomas Tramaglini is an entrepreneur who has been an organizational leader for many years in several different industries. In the past he has been in both K-12 and higher education, as well as owned multiple finance businesses. He holds an undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Master's and Doctoral Degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Brent McNally is one of our managing partners. Brent studied at Rutgers University and before 2008 he worked mainly as a loan officer in several banks.

Rob Sciortino joined our team in 2020 after many years working in the annuities industry. Rob has superior customer service skills and is relentless when it comes to seeing his client's get what they need. Rob serves as a manager in our commercial finance division.

Jennifer Ramos has been with Onesta since 2011 as an Executive Assistant. She recently completed her Quickbooks Expert Certification and is now working on her Certified Payroll Professional certification.

Russell Hassan has worked with Onesta for years and is an expert in marketing and commercial loan delivery. Russell's team is also an intricate part of our sales team originating on average $100MM per year.

Megan Jones is a sales manager for our merchant processing programs. Previously, Megan worked as an account manager for several merchant processing companies. She is a graduate of Cortland State College and originally from Buffalo, New York.

Jessica Lwia is a sales executive for Onesta. She works on our loan origination team and has a background in international business and marketing. She came to work for Onesta after a successful stint in the United States Marine Corps.

Darren Miller is an award-winning sales executive on our origination team. Over the past 10 years, Darren has been our top sales executive in the areas of consolidation, term loans, as well as ancillary services. Darren has a MBA from Kent State University and did his undergraduate work at New York University.

Hailey VanNostrum is a sales executive in our origination division. She has vast experience in areas of SBA programming and consolidation loans.

Nick Magento is an account executive in our sales division. Nick is a graduate of Weber State University and has a strong background in finance and insurance, where he worked previously. Nick has also owned several businesses in the past and continues to consult regularly.

Mike Smith is a staff accountant in our accounting department. He works with our sales team to bill clients and fulfill audit requests, as well as writes grants. Mike is a graduate of DeVry University.

Ashleigh Harrison is a sales executive in our loan origination division. Ashleigh is a smart and focused team member who specializes in term loans and equipment financing. Previously, she worked for Ford and Toyota as a sales representative. She is a graduate of Penn State University.

Nathanial Peterjohn is an executive assistant for our sales team. He is a graduate of Walter Panas High School in New York and has been with the company since its beginning. Nathanial has two children and four stepchildren. He is also a volunteer for the New York Road Runners.

Hector Dominguez is a sales executive for Onesta and has been with the company since 2014. He is a graduate of Trenton State College and worked as a Stock Broker for 20 years before joining the Onesta team.

Arthur Manning is a member of our sales team. Before coming on board, he was a teacher in the Detroit Public Schools and a lifeguard. Art grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and attended Creighton University. He was a member of their Baseball team for 4 years.

Paul Davidson is our Technology Manager. Before coming to Onesta, he served as a private consultant for 10 years. He studied at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan where he grew up. Paul also served in the United States Army for 6 years.

Ann Parker worked on our operations team for many years and recently moved over to our sales team. Ann studied at the historic Bowdoin College in Maine and specializes in real estate transactions.
